Warehouse & Silver Heights - the renowned Chinese winery from Ningxia, is set to make its significant debut into the Vietnamese market. In exclusive events held on July 5th and 6th, Silver Heights introduced its exceptional collection of wines at the prestigious Pan Pacific Hanoi and New World Saigon hotels. This marks the first-ever presence of Silver Heights in Vietnam, as well as the introduction of Chinese wines to the Vietnamese market, and Warehouse is greatly honored to be an exclusive distributor of this premium wine brand. 

On 27 June, the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2023 award ceremony was held at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. A total of 55 restaurants were awarded stars this year

Marina Bay Sands Singapore, the city’s most prestigious hotel and luxury shopping destination, presented their illustrious Food & Wine Festival to fans of the culinary arts, from the 15th to the 28th of May. The event’s theme “Where Your Senses Feast '' perfectly coined the myriad of exclusively curated, and sold-out epicurean events featuring Michelin-starred Chef sit-down dinners, theatrical gastronomic showcases, experimental dining experiences and craft cocktail Mixology demonstrations.

Wines of the World 2023 is a unique wine event organized exclusively by Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits and Celliers d'Asie Vietnam. Following the footsteps of our last two successful editions (2016 and 2018), this year wine festival successfully took place on May 26th and May 27th at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel (Hanoi) and Mai House Saigon Hotel (Ho Chi Minh City). The event welcomed more than 2.000 guests including wine enthusiasts from hospitality partners, private customers, corporate clients, press, etc.

Michelin is pleased to present the very first restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City. Among the 103 recommended restaurants (48 in Hanoi and 55 in Ho Chi Minh City), 4 are recognised with one MICHELIN Star for their high-quality cooking (3 in Hanoi and 1 in Ho Chi Minh City), and 29 establishments – the inspectors’ best value-for-money - receive a Bib Gourmand for offering good food at moderate prices.
