The menu caters for steak aficionados with the meat sourced from Australia’s finest beef producers to bring in the best quality chilled beef all the way from paddock to plate.
The Woodward range grass-fed beef and Wagyu are sourced from the premier cattle regions of Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. However, moving beyond the meat option, Chef Danny Grimshaw and the team will flame-grill contemporary seafood cuisine which is playfully balanced with Vietnamese accents. Guests can select from the signature seafood dishes of lobster, oysters, prawns and whole seabass or choose from the a-la-carte menu.
