Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen

The recently rebranded Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen has undergone a contemporary reimagining, complete with a menu full of inventive dishes and signature creations. 



While traditional items such as Pan-Fried Pumpkin and Yam Cake ($5.30/three), and Abalone and Shredded Kampung Chicken Congee ($28.80) are great as is, group executive chef Martin Foo’s new creations are not to be missed. His Scotch Egg ($5.80) sees a soy-marinated egg covered in prawn paste and deep-fried to a crisp, and the new Sauteed Spinach ($16.80) is complete with prawn paste and roe for a textured treat. Complete the meal by opting for the new Fragrant Rice ($2.80) instead; with a choice between Pork Lardon and Scallion Ginger, these will help turn the flavour up to 11.
