THE ART OF THE STEAK
At its heart is the restaurant’s signature US Prime dry aged steak programme. Premium cuts are aged in house for 18 to 24 days under carefully controlled temperature and humidity, then hand carved daily in the dedicated Butcher Room. Highlights include the Bone In Espresso Crusted US Prime Dry Aged NY Strip with Shallot Butter, Dry Aged NY Strip au Poivre with Courvoisier Cream and the generous Dry Aged Porterhouse.

The menu ventures comfortably beyond steak, with Lobster Bisque, Cold Shellfish Platter, fresh North Atlantic lobster and Lobster and Crab Cake with Lemon Basil Aioli, followed by housemade signatures such as brûlée style Capital Grille Cheesecake and Coconut Cream Pie.

Spanning approximately 500 square metres with 120 seats, the restaurant pairs classic American elegance with Art Deco influences and sweeping views across the city. A cocktail bar, wine cellar and three private dining suites create spaces for everything from intimate dinners to corporate entertaining.
