A spectacular contrast between the restaurant's unique house-made black vinegar and signature ingredients from Hongkong cuisine - are all part of the culinary spell cast by Chef Sam Liang to conjure up this exquisite and exceptional Cantonese Menu.

Sam Liang, often known as Chef Sam, was born and raised in the province of Guangdong. He has spent 27 years chasing after his passion for food by taking on the role of chef in many top five-star hotels and resorts such as Hyatt and InterContinental, making him an expert in Cantonese cuisine.

Talent and an in-depth understanding of Cantonese cuisine are the foundation to inspire his passion for Hong Kong's authentic dishes, a country with a world-renowned culinary history.

Black Vinegar opens from Tuesday to Sunday every week:

  • Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: 05:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Especially, during this time, the restaurant will launch Set Menu with the price of only VND 490,000++ for two guests. The menu is prepared by Chef Sam Liang himself, guaranteeing an authentic Cantonese dining experience with six options from the Set Menu.
