Chef Joseph Tsang was born to a family of chefs in Hong Kong. His family tradition and hometown have shaped his passion for cooking since the age of 16. Chef Tsang is known to use traditional local ingredients and spices, together with his secret recipe to keep the authentic taste of Hong Kong. Each dish tells a historical tale about Cantonese cuisine. During his 42-year gastronomic journey, Chef Tsang has gained an envious reputation for being a culinary artist endorsed by the 2 Michelin stars he received in Hong Kong.
Chef Tsang will bring to Latest Recipe buffet the “Taste of Hong Kong” with his signature dishes like the Crispy shrimp balls with Caviar, Black truffle shrimp dumpling, Liarong crispy duck, Traditional Peking duck, Abalone on stuffed Zucchini and so much more. The icing on the cake will be “Chef Tsang’s Special Lobster” with steamed lobster and a secret sauce that made his name.
The “Taste of Hong Kong” buffet with 2 Michelin stars Chef Joseph Tsang will be available from 21 January till 27 January, 2022 at LE MERIDIEN SAIGON hotel, 3C Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, HCMC.
