Ho Chi Minh City, June 3, 2022 – AKYN Hospitality Group has officially announced the signing of the agreement with Marriott International to bring the Courtyard by Marriott brand to Quy Nhon, an up-and-coming coastal destination on Vietnam’s south-central coast. Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon will serve as a key component of a new mixed-use development in the heart of the city.
Scheduled to open in early 2025, Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon, invested by AKYN Hospitality Group, is located on Ngo May Street in the heart of Quy Nhon city, just a two-minute walk from the beach and five minutes from Binh Dinh Convention Centre. The hotel is surrounded by local offices, attractions, and industrial parks, making it an ideal destination for corporate and leisure business travelers. Phu Cat Airport is located just a 45-minute drive away, offering direct domestic connections across Vietnam and seasonal international charters.

The hotel is slated to offer three contemporary dining outlets, including an all-day-dining restaurant with an open kitchen, a café, and a lobby lounge.
Additional design plans call for a 25-meter outdoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center. After working out, guests can treat themselves to relaxation at the hotel’s spa featuring private treatment rooms, a sauna, and steam rooms. Traveling families can make the most of their time and relax at peace with the kids club featuring an outdoor play area. Other planned facilities include 756 square meters of flexible function space, including a large ballroom and four breakout rooms ideal for every occasion, from corporate conferences to weddings.
For business executives, The Residence is a highly flexible area that can be adapted to a variety of different functions. Largely open plan, this inviting space features working zones, intimate meeting rooms, casual seating clusters and personal booths, accompanied by printing stations and an F&B counter to maximize productivity.
