Keeping sustainability in mind, all the ingredients are carefully sourced from local farms preserving the “farm to table” approach. Designed by Chefs de Cuisine of the Vietnamese and French kitchens, the Sunday Brunch menu features 31 distinctive dishes, including seven starters, seven sides and condiments, six main courses, seven sweet treats and four Chef-signature dishes.
Each dish undergoes a peculiar yet unbiased, strict taste-test and is constantly improved throughout the whole months-long culinary journey before it’s featured in this esteemed collection. “Since it’s not fusion but more of a parallel journey of two world-renowned cuisines, we and the team aim for a smooth combination, so you can try the all-time French classic, pâté en croûte then decide to immerse yourself in the street sprit of Com Tam right after that — it’s still so relevant.” - said the duo. Besides, amusing and unparalleled tableside service ensures memorable experience to each discerning guest.
