Jovel Chan is a Singaporean entrepreneur, food blogger, and experience curator with a distinguished presence in Vietnam’s culinary and hospitality scene. 

Recognised as a Travel + Leisure SEA Tastemaker, she has been featured in leading outlets including Straits Times, CNA, Asian Food Network, Epicure Vietnam, Tuổi Trẻ News, and VTV4, and serves as a recurring judge for prestigious competitions such as Diageo World Class and Campari Red Hands. She also made history as the first F&B consultant for the Singapore Tourism Board in Vietnam.

Her entrepreneurial ventures reflect a commitment to innovation and community. In 2023, she founded Saigon Supperclub, a private dining platform that has hosted over 300 guests and partnered with clients including InterContinental Group, Instagram Threads, and Bytedance, growing to a 500-member community. Building on this success, she launched Saigon Social in 2025—a first-of-its-kind retail and tasting concept in Ho Chi Minh City, offering Vietnam’s inaugural craft liquor and artisanal fish sauce tastings, alongside curated events spotlighting local artisans and emerging culinary talent.

With more than 20,000 monthly blog visits, Jovel has established herself as a leading voice in Vietnam’s F&B industry, championing diversity, inclusion, and women’s representation while shaping the narrative of a vibrant and evolving culinary landscape.
