A Transparent and Prestigious Process
Participation in the Gourmet Vietnam Awards is free of charge, with eligibility open to all legally operating entities and professionals across Vietnam with at least six months of operation. Submissions include profiles, high-resolution images, and descriptions of achievements, ensuring nominees present their work at the highest standard.
Judging is conducted by a distinguished panel of chefs, hospitality experts, journalists, and members of the Epicure Vietnam editorial team. Each entry is evaluated on quality and consistency, innovation, guest experience, sustainability, and leadership.
