Try their Kombu Marinated Scallop with Kombucha, herbaceous and rich, the refreshing sweetness of the scallop will delight you as it is cut by the mildly sour, smooth aftertaste of the fruity Kombucha sauce. Oh so captivating just to look at, the flowers and colours of green and orange shine from the delicately presented plate.
Another masterpiece, their Long An Dry Aged Duck, a signature dish combining traditional Vietnamese seasoning and dry Hong technique to create a crispy skin layer that melts on the surface of your tongue, revealing soft juicy meat, in an unmissable experience. This dish features on the set lunch and dinner menu, and is followed by a sumptuous banana dessert.
