Entering the 20th year is a milestone worth celebrating, and Ubud’s serene resort plans to up the ante to mark the occasion. For the special celebration, COMO Uma Ubud will see its featured restaurant, Uma Cucina, dish out an exclusive anniversary four-course menu in collaboration with Jakarta’s favourite steakhouse, SIR LOIN.
Join these two coveted dining establishments for the anniversary dinner from 11 to 13 June 2024 and witness the intertwining of culinary excellence. The capital city’s beloved steakhouse will be represented by its seasoned executive chef, Andita Biantoro. Together with Uma Cucina’s culinary team, they have curated a special four-course menu that reflects the resort’s excellence while incorporating SIR LOIN’s fire-kissed speciality.

The collaboration dinner is set to begin with panache, showcasing contemporary cuisine in an upscale yet laidback setting of Uma Cucina. Duo Corn is a delightful starter that leads off the menu with corn tartelette made with pillow pastry, corn puree, Parmesan, and grilled baby corn with cheese sauce.
Diners are in for a cheesy and creamy delight, with Lobster Mac n Cheese in the spotlight. Find succulent baby lobster served with béchamel and double cheese. The menu continues with Cheese-Aged Striploin, a culinary creation courtesy of chef Biantoro. Savour a succulent 20-day butter-marinated striploin, expertly aged with Parmesan cheese, all finished with a luxurious truffle sauce.
The classic favourite Apple Pie marks the end of the special evening. The sweet and comforting combination of apple, cinnamon, and butter cookie crumble is heightened with a layer of cotton candy, beckoning a lovely celebration for the resort’s 20th year.

We’ve designed each course to reflect both tradition and innovation, ensuring a memorable dining experience that celebrates this milestone with exceptional flavours and creativity,” shares executive chef Andita Biantoro enthusiastically.
To mark this significant milestone in a spirit of gratitude, a portion of the profits from this event will be donated to the COMO Challenge Grant charity programme in support of Yayasan Senyum Bali. The organisation is known for its endless effort to improve the quality of life of people with craniofacial disabilities by facilitating healthcare delivery in Bali and other regions of Indonesia.
The collaboration dinner by Uma Cucina and SIR LOIN for COMO Uma Ubud anniversary celebration will be held for three nights, from 6pm to 11pm. Price starts from Rp600,000/person with a wine-pairing add-on available upon request.
