Collaborating with Regent Phu Quoc's own Chef de Cuisine, Daniel Huynh, these culinary experts will curate an exclusive series of Mediterranean dinners that promise to be a sensory delight.

Chef Matteo, whose culinary journey began at the Michelin-starred Caffè Groppi at the young age of 15, has established himself as one of the most exciting chefs in Singapore. After successfully earning a Michelin star for 28 Wilkie in 2021, he has now embarked on a new adventure at Braci.
