Food & Hotel Vietnam 2022 - A Spectacular Exhibition Attracted 16,500+ Visitors

On December 07th - 09th, 2022 at SECC, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2022 (FHV) exhibition occurred and achieved great success with 16,500+ specialized visitors, as the most anticipated exhibition worthy of the name in the food, restaurant, and hospitality industry with its reputation over the past 15 years.

With a large number of trade visitors coming within three days of the event, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2022 was positive evidence of the rapid economic recovery in Vietnam after the pandemic, especially for the hospitality industry. More than 255 leading enterprises from 28 countries and territories, including 21 international pavilion groups such as EU, Germany, Italy, UK, USA, and Canada,... chose FHV to exhibit with the diverse product portfolio.

December 07th, 2022, Food & Hotel Vietnam was honored to welcome representatives from the European Union To Vietnam, the Embassy of Uruguay, Spain, the General Consulate of Canada, Italy, Australia,...joined the opening ceremony. The exhibition marked the new beginning of the food and hospitality industry through the presence of the impressed exhibitors profiles.

Harmonizing in the exciting atmosphere of the year-end festival season, the exhibition impresses visitors with attractive competitions. The Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC), under the stewardship of chef Norbert Ehrbar, gathered a large number of participants, from famous chefs to talented candidates all over the country and Asian countries Besides VNCC, the Vietnam Barista Competition and Vietnam Aromaster Championship ended in convincing wins, with a creative explosion from professional bartenders.

The competition participants represent the future of this industry. It was the reason Food & Hotel Vietnam maintained for years since its inception supported the Vietnam Culinary Challenge and the barista competition. Through FHV, Informa Markets hope to contribute to a better, more vibrant food and hospitality industry in Vietnam.
