A Proud Revival History
Although established in 1966 in the picturesque village of Tomnavoulin, Tamnavulin was forced to halt operations in 1995 due to industry changes, marking over a decade of absence.
In 2007, the distillery, strategically located on the banks of the River Livet, officially restarted with comprehensively upgraded facilities.
The revival truly gained momentum in 2016 with the launch of the Tamnavulin Double Cask, the first single malt after its long hiatus. This whisky quickly asserted its position and became a favorite among connoisseurs. A remarkable 72% growth in just four years helped the brand break into the Top 20 Global Single Malts, securing its position as the world's fastest-growing malt (2020).
