The Fullerton Hotel
Savour free-flowing brunch or dinner spreads that will delight gourmands of all ages. At Town Restaurant, enjoy hot servings of holiday roasts from a live carving station: Acacia honey-glazed champagne ham, traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, and more. One Farrer Hotel
Host a Christmas get-together in perfect privacy at Nest at One Farrer. A special set menu offers an exuberant combination of flavours and textures in dishes such as Lobster Avocado Timbale, Slow-cooked Turkey and Ariaga 55% Chocolate Cake served with pistachio ice cream. Every four diners partaking in the Christmas set menu will receive a complimentary bottle of house wine to mark the occasion.
Over at Escape Restaurant, the steakhouse presents a savoury collection of specials to put you in a merry mood. Available individually or as a sharing platter for two, dishes include juicy Pork Knuckle, spicy Szechuan Spring Chicken, and succulent Cheese Sausage Snails. We strongly suggest ending the meal with the Crêpes Suzette Flambé that’s doused in Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whiskey. Diners will enjoy two complimentary glasses of Tiger Beer with each platter ordered.
Pan Pacific Singapore
Starting 26 November, enjoy a host of dining experiences at Pan Pacific Singapore. Gather loved ones for extravagant festive buffet spreads at Edge. Highlights include Roasted Mustard-rubbed Beef Prime Ribs, and Foie Gras Slider. Butcher’s Block at Raffles Hotel Singapore has introduced Turducken as a part of chef de cuisine Jordan Keao’s signature multi-course festive Tour De Force experience. This time-limited seasonal delicacy is a culinary marvel of turkey, duck and chicken layered together and perfectly smoked to delicious heights over wood-fire. The dish is exclusively available from 22 December to 2 January 2022 (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays), and as an a la carte option on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Satay turkey, anyone? This year, Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore is introducing a unique recipe from Carousel’s Asian Kitchen that is designed to pay homage to Singapore’s beloved food culture. The first of its kind, the turkey is well-marinated with ginger, lemongrass and Malay spices for a total of 12 hours. Look forward to trying the local turkey rendition at Carousel’s buffet counters during Carousel’s Christmas dinner.
Other highlights on the festive menu include Turkey Breast Saltimbocca with Sage and Cranberry, Mixed Seafood Thermidor in Cheese Gratin and Baked Whole Seabass Papillote.
