Taste pastry chef Philippe Urraca’s sweet creations at Pala Restaurant’s Easter Brunchcation
Easter Brunchcation at Pala Restaurant
Bring the whole family for a special Easter Brunchcation on Sunday, 17 April. From 12pm to 3.30pm, guests are invited to taste a myriad of delicious dishes, served a la carte and buffet style. Savour Chef Meilleur Ouvrier De France Jean-Yves Leuranguer’s authentic French dishes like Lapin a La Moutarde and Selle D’agneau Farcis.
Dessert lovers will be spoilt by the creations from a special guest, pastry chef Philippe Urraca. The former president of prestigious Chef Meilleur Ouvrier De France competition, Urraca’s expertise in chocolate and sweet creations dated back to opening his first pastry shop at the age of 19. A profiteroles boutique followed next in 2014. The chef actively participate in many competitions, world-wide cooking demonstration, and became one of the judges of a TV pastry competition in France.
A lavish display of Easter Eggs, Lamb Biryani, gourmet cheese selection, grilled seafood, and many others will also be available for your tasting pleasure. Make the most of your Sunday by taking laps at the resort’s 60-metre swimming pool and let the kids join the extensive Easter activities, from a Funtasea tour to an Easter Egg Colouring session. The Easter Brunchcation is priced at Rp700,000++/adult and Rp350,000++/child 6- 12 years old.
Special Easter Celebration at Koral
Bali’s first aquarium restaurant has prepared a special tasting menu for lunch and dinner on Sunday, 17 April. Enjoy a spectacular aquatic dining experience while enjoying a five-course tasting menu. Bring the little ones during lunch where they will also be treated to a special two-course set menu. The Easter Lunch starts from 12 pm to 3pm while the dinner starts from 5.30pm to 10pm. Rp1,500,000++/adult and Rp550,000++/child (lunch only).
Have a sip by the pool at Reef Beach Club, The Apurva Kempinski Bali
Reef Beach Club’s Flores-inspired Smoked Roasted Lamb
Spend a leisurely day by the pool at the resort’s beach club. Reef Beach Club offers a laid-back and family-friendly destination with live DJ and acoustic band performances. Open from 10am to 10pm, taste the chef’s creation of Flores-inspired Smoked Roasted Lamb set menu (Rp245,000++/set) and make Easter Sunday a memorable occasion for the whole family.
Selasar Deli’s Easter Unlimited Sweets and Savoury Treat
The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s majestic lounge offers dramatic views of the ocean and sprawling complex. From 15 to 16 April, Selasar Deli offers a selection of unlimited sweet and savoury bites for Rp168,000++/adult. Sit back and sip your coffee while enjoying the elegant live piano performance from the songstress at the hotel lobby. Available from 2pm to 5pm.
