The Chef's Table series "Pause + Savour" at Le Méridien Saigon always conveys the importance of cherishing life and finding joy in the little things. In May, this message will be shared with diners during the second event, Life Inspiration. From May 23 to May 25, 2024, Executive Chef Phi Cong (Le Méridien Saigon Hotel) and Executive Chef Si Toan (Sam Dining Dalat Restaurant) will lead the second chapter of this culinary event at BARSON, where they will create exquisite dishes using local ingredients that draw inspiration from essential elements of life.
