Meanwhile, Executive Chef Matteo Fontana brings his wealth of experience from acclaimed Michelin-starred establishments in Italy, where he trained under renowned chefs like Ciccio Sultano at "Duomo" restaurant and Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani at "Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia."
