Fabulous Four Hands Dinner: Labyrinth X Anan Saigon

Modern Singapore meets Modern Vietnamese Cuisine for two nights only in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Chef LG Han (Asia's 50 Best, One Michelin Star) from Labyrinth, Singapore will join hands with Chef Peter Cuong Franklin (Asia's 50 Best, The Best Restaurant in Vietnam) in Ho Chi Minh City for a two-day culinary crossover. Chef LG and Chef Peter, who are both former bankers, share a similar background and cooking philosophy with a laser focus on local produce and the elevation of their respective country’s contemporary cuisines.

The menu will play heavily on seasonal ingredients from Vietnam and Singapore and pay homage to their vibrant food cultures. This fabulous four hands menu is priced at just VND3.4m++ (USD147++) inclusive of champagne and premium French wine pairings from Thien Linh Wines. This experience will be offered for just two nights only on October 4th and 5th, 630pm. Seats are limited so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
