Here, technique is reverent, flavours are distilled, and dining becomes a quiet exchange between chef and guest. In contrast, Rice Market celebrates Vietnamese and Asian culinary heritage with warmth and depth, reinterpreting familiar traditions through contemporary clarity while remaining rooted in authenticity. 

Evenings unfold fluidly across the resort. At Bar Jade, a speakeasy-style retreat, cocktail craftsmanship meets artisanal spirits, inviting a slower, more contemplative pace. From the rooftop bar to the beachfront Ocean Club, and the sea snail-inspired Aqua Bar & Lounge pop-up, each venue is shaped by its setting—sunset skies, ocean breezes and shifting light becoming integral elements of the experience.
