On Thursday, 23 November 2023, Karma Group executive chef, Joseph Antonishek, will serve an authentic family-style Thanksgiving Day buffet dinner. Expect evocative flavours that will reawaken your childhood memories as Antonishek will feature his family’s recipes.

The Thanksgiving buffet dinner features chilled buffet dishes menu that fits as appetisers such as pastries with walnut cranberry and apple butter at Farine Bakery Bread Service station, Devilled Eggs with uni and ikura, gin-cured Salmon Gravlax, autumn spiced Duck Rillettes, Quinoa Cornucopia Salad, Crunchy Kale Salad, and the family recipe, Aunt Mary’s Goop.

The chef’s family’s culinary heirloom shines through the hot buffet dishes selection, such as Grandma’s Green Bean Casserole with crispy onion and Mom’s Sourdough Stuffing. Naturally, Roasted Pumpkin makes an appearance to mark the autumn season, along with Glazed Heirloom Baby Carrots and classics like Crème Fraiche Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Barramundi, Truffled Mac n’ Cheese, and Local Brussels Sprouts & Tempeh Bacon.

The star of the show is being served at the Turkey Carving Station, where cider-brined Slow Roasted Free Range Turkey will be dished out with traditional giblet gravy and cranberry compote.

Finally, the chef encourages guests to end the Thanksgiving dinner sweetly with his signature Traditional Pumpkin Pie drowned in bourbon sabayon with vanilla gelato, creating a perfect amalgam of French and American flavours.
