Once again, the Spanish gastronomic event “Open Day” reaffirmed its role as a key gourmet milestone of the year. Held on Friday, July 18th at the Caravelle Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, the event gathered over 200 professionals from the food and beverage industry.
