The conference desires to distribute insightful perspective and professional knowledge to the audience. The AFBS 2022 takes place on December 08, 2022 at Seminar Room, Hall A2, SECC.
One of the most interesting factors of the exhibition is the series of competitions on food & beverage. Not only being popular as the respected platform for culinary talents domestic and international to exchange ideas, cuisine ambition, and showcase their culinary expertise, Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC) is also well-known as a creative space to encourage young and promising chefs. Organizing challenges from patisserie, fruit & vegetable art display to traditional cuisine dishes, or practical challenges on BBQ and California-style pizza, VNCC will be a trustable competition to award & tribute the talented chefs. Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2022 will start from December 07th to 09th, 2022 at Hall A2, SECC as a part of Food & Hotel Vietnam 2022 Exhibition.
Aside from the culinary challenge, Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) are the creative platforms for gifted baristas to demonstrate their skills. VBC & VAC operates from December 07th to 09th, 2022 at Hall B2, SECC with well-designed & virtuous contests.
As a sweet treat for the holiday month, FHV 2022 operates the dedicated Gelato Workshop with the famous chef cum professor – Mr. Chronos Chan from Gelato University, Italy. He is also co-founder of the popular ice cream chain in Singapore called Tom's Palette. Through its sessions, participants can learn how to make signature and flavorful Italian gelato. The Gelato Workshop class will take place in 2 days, from December 7 to 8, 2022 at hall B, SECC.
