Taking place over two consecutive days, August 26–27, 2025, HorecFex Vietnam 2025 will kick off at Ariyana International Convention Center in Da Nang, welcoming more than 3,500 participants. The event gathers over 90 domestic and international speakers, with the participation of more than 500 leading hotels, restaurants, and industry enterprises such as Accor, IHG, Hyatt, and more.
Within the framework of HorecFex Vietnam 2025, attendees will have the opportunity to directly experience cutting-edge robotic solutions being applied in hospitality, dining, and tourism, with a total investment value including:
4D Mapping Immersive Epson with vivid light and visual effects, 3D Virtual Reality experiences, MetaQuest & Samsung’s futuristic hotel–restaurant simulations, along with hologram mist screens combined with laser mapping to create spectacular visual effects. In addition, there will be service robots, AI facial recognition, smart check-in, Bose & WorkPro livestream systems, and various conveniences such as automatic coffee machines and Galaxy Pay charging stations—bringing attendees a fully integrated experience. Many other breakthrough technologies will also be introduced for the first time in Vietnam.
