The Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC), under the stewardship of chef Norbert Ehrbar, gathered a large number of participants, from famous chefs to talented candidates all over the country and Asian countries Besides VNCC, the Vietnam Barista Competition and Vietnam Aromaster Championship ended in convincing wins, with a creative explosion from professional bartenders.
The competition participants represent the future of this industry.
