Be An Vegetarian Café: Celebrating 5 Remarkable Years of Elevating Vegetarian Dining

On the evening of January 16, 2025, Be An Vegetarian Café hosted a heartwarming celebration, “Xuân An - 05 Remarkable Years of Elevating Vegetarian Dining”, commemorating five meaningful years. Valued guests, friends and partners gather together in an ambiance filled with the warmth and spirit of the Tết season.

Surrounded by warm lighting, the atmosphere was adorned with traditional Tet-inspired decorations, featuring Be An's familiar local ingredients like rice sheaves, vibrant
fruits, and culinary elements thoughtfully arranged as works of art to welcome guests.

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

The evening opened with heartfelt remarks from a Be An representative, reflecting on the brand’s journey - from humble beginnings to becoming a cherished name among its patrons. The atmosphere was filled with warm smiles, words of congratulations, and a shared sense of pride.

The meticulously curated menu showcased Be An’s signature dishes, blending traditional flavors with modern creativity. Upon arrival, guests were warmly greeted with smooth, artisanal sake from MÙA Craft Sake – an impressive blend, perfectly paired with exquisite canapés such as Be An pâté, Bruschetta with feta cheese, and fresh seasonal spring rolls.

The main courses delighted the palate with an exquisite mix of Asian and Western-inspired vegetarian dishes, including Vietnamese thick rice noodle soup, Thai-style vermicelli, ginseng & assorted mushroom hotpot, and pesto fusilli pasta with sun dried tomato. The feast concluded perfectly with the comforting sweetness of “chè hoa cau” (Vietnamese mung bean dessert). The dinner was more than a culinary experience - it was a celebration of love and connection, bringing everyone closer together in Be An’s distinctive setting.

The evening ended with heartfelt gratitude extended to the guests, along with Be An’s commitment to promoting vegetarian values in the future. “Xuân An - 05 Remarkable Years of Elevating Vegetarian Dining” was not just a Tet celebration but a testament to Be An’s journey of touching hearts through wholesome, meaningful vegetarian cuisine.

THE FIVE-YEAR JOURNEY OF BE AN

January 2020: The First Milestone

During Tet 2020, Be An opened its first location at 99 Nguyen Hue Boulevard, HCMC embarking on a mission to spread love and sustainable vegetarian values.

June 2021: Overcoming Challenges

In the pandemic’s wake, Be An had to temporarily close its doors. Yet, the kitchen remained active, supporting & delivering thousands of nutritious meals to frontline heroes.

2022: Spreading Love

 As the pandemic eased, Be An continued to be a beloved choice for every occasion, fostering warm moments through its wholesome meals.

2023: Reaching New Heights

In May 2023, Be An opened its second branch at 11B Tran Cao Van, District 3, HCMC followed by a third location in December at 13 Ngo Thi Nham in Hanoi, further solidifying its presence. 

 

2024: A Year of Recognition

 In 2024, Be An was honored as “Restaurant of the Year” at the Flavor Vietnam Restaurant & Bar Awards from Vietcetera, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable values.
