Behind the menu is chef Mohamed Saliem, a native of India with years of experience running Halal restaurants across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His strength lies in preserving the essence of traditional Indian cuisine while adapting seasonings with a delicate balance that suits global tastes.

For him, Indian food is a colorful mosaic. “I want to share that mosaic with diners in Vietnam, but in a way that allows everyone to enjoy and appreciate it,” Saliem said.
