The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Unveils ‘Dining By The Sea’ Exclusive Dinner

However, when a dining experience presents a specially curated menu by the director of culinary, that is when you know it is unmissable. Luckily, that is precisely what The Beach Grill at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali has in store at its upcoming exclusive ‘Dining by The Sea’ dinner.

Set to serve for only two nights on 14 – 15 June 2024, the resort invites discerning diners to a sumptuous beachfront dinner at its cherished restaurant. Overlooking the pristine Nusa Dua beach, the exclusive dinner promises to delight the senses with chef Raymond Siek, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali’s director of culinary, curating the degustation menu apt for the setting and ambience.

Prepare to experience the pinnacle of the resort’s culinary artistry with a seven-course degustation menu designed to tantalise your taste buds. Each dish showcases the finest seasonal ingredients, masterfully prepared by chef Raymond Siek. Combining his expertise with the restaurant’s reputation for sourcing the freshest, premium produce, this exclusive dinner is set to become the culinary highlight of the month with unexpected delights.

The degustation dinner begins by whetting the diners’ palates with four welcome snacks. Kohlrabi with Viola, Cucumber with Yuzu, Rinder Tartare, and Foie Gras Parfait beckon the beginning of the delightful evening. With appetites piqued, the appetiser arrives: a tantalising combination of fresh Tuna with Black Truffle and White Asparagus.

The dinner continues with a hearty and comforting mid-course dish, Pasture-Raised Duck Agnolotti soup, followed by two other tempting courses: Langoustine with Nage and Red Grouper. The star of the show is the main course, Lamb with Harissa. The dish presents a succulent serving of tender lamb with the North African spice, harissa, offering an aromatic and smoky flavour with spicy notes. To balance the savoury dishes, a decadent Sundae Ice Cream made with caramel and milk promises a sweet conclusion to the evening.

To further elevate the experience, an optional wine pairing package is available, meticulously chosen to complement each course. The whole experience showcases the resort’s commitment to offering its patrons the highest quality cuisines and creating memorable moments for guests during their stays.

‘Dining by The Sea’ dinner at The Beach Grill, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali will be held for two nights only on 14 – 15 June, from 6pm onwards. The reservation rate starts from Rp1,300,000/person, while the wine pairing add-on is priced at Rp1,075,000/person.
