The Home Pizza Phu Quoc reimagines familiar flavours through the comforting language of Italian cuisine, where each dish becomes a meeting point of cultures, textures, and memory. 

Here, pizza becomes a canvas where Vietnamese ingredients find new expression—most notably in the Southern-style lap xuong, delicately sweet, lightly smoky, and infused with a hint of mai que lo. Set against a base of house-made tomato sauce and molten cheese, each bite feels both nostalgic and unexpectedly refined. 

 

The menu moves seamlessly between cultures. The H’Mong Duck Pizza offers depth and warmth, while crab spaghetti delivers a generous, ocean-sweet richness that lingers. Even more intriguing, a slow-cooked thắng cố–inspired pasta bridges highland tradition with classic Italian technique, creating a dish that feels both grounded and inventive. 

Alongside these signatures, classic Italian pizzas remain at the heart of the kitchen, with dough fermented for 48 hours to achieve a delicate, airy crust that honours simplicity and balance.
