Indulge in new creations, such as the Alaskan King Crab served Two Ways on the Bountiful Treasures Menu ($1888 for 8-10 persons), for sautéed crab meat in truffle oil and egg white & baked crab legs with miso; while the Harmony Menu ($1088 for 8-10 persons) offers popular favorites including Crispy Roasted Chicken with Flaxseed & Sesame, and Braised 8 Head Abalone, Sea Cucumber with Winter Melon Ring & Purple Cauliflower.
Also available on the CNY menus and for takeaway are the Prosperity Lobster (or Abalone), Salmon & Coral Seaweed Yu Sheng, as well as the auspicious Royal Seafood Pot ($328 for 6 persons) with premium ingredients like fish maw, fresh scallops, crab, lobster, tiger prawn, fresh clam, and baby Shanghai cabbage.
Equally indulgent is the Treasure Pot ($328 for 4-6 persons / $498 for 8-10 persons), comprising an assortment of 15 delicacies including sea cucumber, 8-head abalone, dried scallop, fish maw, sea moss, dried oyster, white cabbage, prawn, pork knuckle, yam,, smoked duck, lotus root, mushroom, and king oyster mushroom, cooked in a dried cuttlefish sauce for added umami.
