Happening on 17 Apr, expect Easter specials like their Home-cured Salmon with Apple Sauce, Lamb Stew with Vegetables, Bone-in Ham at the carving station, and an Easter must-have: the Callebaut Chocolate Mousse, Mango Gel and Chocolate Egg Shell dessert.
