Fermentation, smoke, and foam are all on the agenda, and in line with the theme, drinks are given those incorporate elements such as pandan, caviar bitters, and popcorn, in addition to the more traditional hardware.

The Terminal is a vivid replica of New York City’s famous Central Station Terminal and has been meticulously recreated down to the smallest of details.
