Pisco Punch
Cocktail with origins dating back to the eighteenth century when it was served aboard the steamships that traveled the route from Peru to San Francisco during the economic boom. It was made famous at the Billiar Saloon of the Banck Exchange in San Francisco opened in 1853 where before the prohibition, the Pisco Punch was the protagonist. With exotic notes, served in a tall tumbler and garnished with dehydrated mini-pineapple, it is created with:
- Pisco Barsol
- Homemade Pineapple Syrup
- Lime juice
- Top-up Soda
Clover Club
Remake of the version created by Paul E. Lowe, a famous Chicago bartender who preferred to sacrifice a part of gin in favor of Dry Vermouth. A cocktail to be rediscovered and savored in all its nuances. A peculiarity? The presence of egg white among the ingredients which gives to the texture a greater complexity. Served in a tall tumbler and garnished with fresh raspberry.

Sidecar
Made popular thanks to Harry's New York Bar in Paris, it is believed to have been invented during the First World War and as for so many other classics, we will probably never know who is the creator of this drink. Based on cognac, served in a small cup and garnished with sugar, it is created with:

- Lemon juice
Paloma
It is a fresh and fruity Mexican drink made with tequila, lime juice and grapefruit soda. A classic aperitif cocktail, the first version appears in the 1950s. Served in a tall tumbler and garnished with salt, it is created with:
- Don Julio Blanco
- 25 ml Lime juice
- Top-up Three Cents Grapefruit Soda
Mai Tai
Conceived by Victor 'Trader Vic' Bergeron in his Tiki Bar in California, it is a tropical alcoholic cocktail whose name literally means "good". With a strong, dry taste and a fruity aftertaste, it is the king of all Tiki cocktails. Served in a low tumbler and garnished with mint and lime, it is created with:

- Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- Falernum

‘’Disco’’ Singapore Sling
The drink was born from an idea of Ngiam Tom Boon, barman of the Raffles Hotel in Singapore in 1897 to allow women to drink without being noticed. Thinking about them, he invented a red-orange drink that looked like a soft drink. At the time it was nothing more than an evolution of the American Gin Sling with sweeter and more fruity ingredients. The Armani/Bamboo Bar version is inspired by that of the 1970s. Served in a sling glass and garnished with orange and cherry, it is created with:

Jungle Bird
Served as a welcome drink for the hosts to the former Kuala Lumpur Hilton, it was conceived by Jeffrey Ong of the hotel's Aviary Bar. Complex and with exotic notes, served in a tall tumbler garnished with pineapple flowers and leaves, it is created with:
- Zacapa 23 yo
- Campari
- Lime juice
- Sugar syrup
- Pineapple juice

Glamour Mule
Dedicated to the Snia Viscosa Tower, the progenitor of all the Meneghine towers. With its 60 meters it was built in Piazza San Babila, today the heart of glamorous Milan. A classic inspired by the Moscow Mule, served in a tall tumbler and garnished with lemon zest and cucumber, is created with:

Il conte in galleria
Milan's living room, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, represented the meeting point of the city bourgeoisie. The Armani/Bamboo Bar team has revisited a classic born in honor of one of Camillo Negroni, noble of that time. With a great structure, it is a cocktail with herbaceous and fresh notes. Served in a low tumbler and garnished with lemon zest, it is created with:

- Infusion of Rosemary, Thyme and Sage
Sunset
A tribute to the sunset and the Milanese sky that can be enjoyed from the seventh floor of Armani/Bamboo Bar. Served in a wine glass and garnished with dehydrated grapefruit, it is created with:
