Ingredients
• 45ml gin
• 20ml rosella and lemongrass infusion
• 25ml elderflower syrup
• 20ml sour mix
• 3 drops of Foamee
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and stir.
2. Wet shake all ingredients with ice.
3. Double strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with raspberries.
