Begin the meal with a choice of Asian Cucumber Salad or a steaming bowl of Chicken Broth Vegetable Soup. For the Main, choose from WonTon Soup, Steamed Seabass on Pork Neck Jullien, Stir-Fried Yellow Noodle with Tiger Prawns, Vietnamese Caramelized Pork and Eggs, Chicken Lemongrass, Tiger Prawns or a Tết Traditional Bamboo Tray.
