To mark the season’s reopening on Friday April 15th, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, part of the Oetker Collection portfolio of masterpiece hotels, is delighted to welcome its guests for an Easter weekend full of family fun and togetherness.
To celebrate the occasion, talented Head Pastry Chef, Lilian Bonnefoi, will be in the spotlight with a brand-new selection of gourmet creations, giving a flavourful echo to this season’s art exhibition displayed in the hotel gardens. Indeed, Chef Lilian is creating a delicate surprise out of his Easter chocolate muse (the 2022 edition) in a nod to Las Meninas by Manolo Valdés. This Easter will be the occasion to unveil the multicoloured collection of Meninas looking like a rainbow of delicacies — in dark, milk, white, blue, orange and green chocolate. Standing on its 8 inches of elegance, the majestic chocolate Meninas will surely delight little ones and the young at heart with their accompanying Easter egg chocolate truffles and traditional French friture de Pâques.
On Sunday April 17th at 10 am, children will be invited to participate in an Easter egg hunt in Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc’s gardens where many surprises and sweet treats await! The Easter egg hunt will be followed by a creative workshop beginning at 10.30 am where children can decorate and personalise eggs, create their own Easter basket and even learn how to make a chocolate lollipop. So, everyone will bring back home a joyful souvenir of this special day!
In addition to its usual lunch menu and buffet, Eden-Roc Restaurant will offer a 3-course Pascal menu on April 17th and 18th 2022, celebrating the traditional Easter lamb. Menu at 160 euros per person. (Dishes can be ordered separately)
Furthermore, Spa Eden-Roc is offering an immersive «Once upon a time in the sweet history of chocolate» duo treatment for parent and child. The sensual experience is a chance to rediscover chocolate in its many forms. Performed in a duo cabin, the treatment includes a revitalising body wrap for the parent and a discovery treatment with a gentle cranial, shoulder and back massage using cocoa shea butter for the child. Parent-child treatment at 160 euros (40mn).
