Kicking off with ‘Lobster Mania’, each of the dining establishments were given the challenge to develop a mouth-watering dish with the freshest Cham Island lobsters and exquisite Boston lobsters. The chefs worked tirelessly to create a curated menu of lobster dishes to delight the senses. In addition to the bespoke menus with the lobster as the main ingredient through different cuisines at each specialty restaurant, enjoy international cuisine at The Terrace, Asian delights at The Garden, as well as authentic Korean and Chinese cooking at Obaltan and Lucky Court respectively.

The Edge has launched a new ‘EDGXPERIENCE’ signature cocktail, working in collaboration with Sampan Rhum, traditionally aged sugar-cane rums infused with the spirit of the tropics and produced by Distillerie d’Indochine, the cocktail highlights the rum, made from local sugar cane that truly takes you on the ‘edge of bliss’.
Cove Bar & Grill will also be highlighting cocktails of the world on its menu – inspired by Mexico’s Margarita in June, Bermuda with a Dark & Stormy, and Cuba’s signature Mojito.
Additionally, The Sundowners experience at Cove promises a relaxing ambience with the view of the stunning sea and the cool ocean breeze, allowing guests to savor a moment and take in the seascape over drinks and signature bites with live music by Hoiana’s resident DJ Saramapa.
